The newest venue from Eastern Culinary Collective (the brains behind Uncle Don in Rosalie and Soka on the Sunshine Coast, a stylish industrial-inspired interior (visible through two sizeable plaza-facing windows), boasting concrete, timber finishes with pops of green adding a touch of softness to the restaurant.
If you've dined at Soka, you might see some familiar dishes on the Nonda menu, but a host of Korean and Chinese flavours enhance the Japanese-inspired foundations here, with a host of Nonda-exclusive share-style dishes like it’s old school whole fried chicken that will leave a lasting memory. Drinks will be a big focus too, the perfect spot to sip creative signature cocktails, sake, wines and beers. Keep your eyes on the lookout for an in-depth look at Nonda when it opens next month.
